Insert the new poppet, place the O-ring on the edge of the valve cap, and tighten the valve cap thread. Attach and secure the top nut by threading the cap post through the cap hole. 4. Open the inlet ball valve to pressurize the device. Temporary splashing is normal and will stop once the device is fully pressurized. Finally, slowly open the outlet ball valve.
