The stem assembly cartridge is equipped with 2 O-rings and has an overall length of 17-5/8" from one end of the cartridge to the other end of the stem. To install, start by removing the existing stem from the sillcock and then measure the length of the stem from end to end for precise fitting. A helpful installation tip is to tap the cartridge with a hammer if it appears too large to fit into the sillcock body during installation. This will help smooth out any burrs where the two parts of the body connect, allowing for a proper fit.

Please be aware that this stem is not compatible with T-550 sillcocks manufactured after 2007.
