The stem assembly cartridge includes 2 O-rings and measures 9-5/8" in overall length from one end to the other. To ensure accurate fitting, remove the current stem from the sillcock and measure its length from end to end. If the cartridge appears too large for the sillcock body, gently tap it with a hammer during installation to eliminate any burrs at the connection points and allow for proper fitting. Please keep in mind that this stem is not compatible with T-550 sillcocks manufactured after 2007.
