Legend Valve Self Draining Chrome Brass Vacuum Breaker, 1.4x1.4x2

The Legend Valve 107-199 T-557C Self Draining Chrome Brass Vacuum Breaker features a 3/4" size with FGHT x MGHT connections for easy installation to both the valve and hose ends. Its female inlet and male outlet garden hose thread connections allow for quick and simple setup. The full-perimeter atmospheric vent design ensures reliable backflow prevention, even in tough and dirty conditions.

Constructed from durable forged brass, this vacuum breaker can withstand harsh elements and provide years of reliable protection and trouble-free operation. It has a unidirectional flow and automatic vacuum interruption to prevent backsiphonage. However, it is not suitable for continuous-pressure operation, such as with sprinkler timers or irrigation applications.

To ensure secure installation onto the valve, the vacuum breaker is equipped with a break-away set screw for tamper-resistant purposes. Made in the United States, this product is manufactured by Legend Valve and is ISO 9002 Certified. It has a Cold Working Pressure of 125 and meets ASSe 1011 and CSA b64.2 standards.
